Attuned Programmes Ireland is an organisation responding to meet the needs of vulnerable young people through community, residential and aftercare supports and services. We are currently seeking highly motivated Recruitment & General Administrator to join our teams.
Position : Recruitment & General Administrator
Location : Dun Laoghaire

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for dedicated and highly motivated candidates who possess high levels of competency and can demonstrate their qualifications and experience in meeting regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Min. 2 years’ proven experience in Recruitment & General Administrator Role
- Strong IT Skills - MS One Drive, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take responsibility and drive tasks forward
- Work on own initiative, and also as part of a team
- Efficient, resourceful and multitasking
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Confident friendly and professional telephone manner
- High literacy levels, fluency in written and spoken English
- Good writing skills with the ability to create good standard of presentation
- Understanding of Occupop would be advantageous (but not essential)
Office based Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm
