· Third level qualification, preferably in HR or relevant experience
· Strong organisational skills

· Strong administration experience

Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

The successful candidate will support the recruitment and HR functions, ensuring the adherence to legislation, policy and procedures. The role requires a candidate with experience in all aspects of recruitment ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience. The role will focus on organising recruitment activities, supporting onboarding processes and maintaining HR records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Sourcing and selecting candidates including short listing, interviewing and referencing by using social media, databases and networking. Checking, sending and following up on documentation.
· Issuing offer letters and contracts of employment.
· Embrace a people-centric approach in all recruitment activities, ensuring every candidate enjoys an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment journey
· Identifying pro-active methods of recruitment and continuously looking for new ways to improve.
· Collaborate closely with members of the HR Team and stakeholders to grasp the current and future resource requirements.
· Updating and maintaining current personnel information, including new starters and leavers.
· Assist in the administration of new employee policies and assisting with HR queries in compliance with Legislation, Employee Handbook, policies and procedures.
· Assisting with administrative duties for investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings.
· Assisting with the reporting of HR activities.
