We are looking for a Recruitment Lead to join us, ready to lead a team that reshapes the way we bring in top talent.
As the Recruitment Lead, you will drive our recruitment approach and take charge in expanding our company. We’re looking for someone with the leadership chops to guide a team of recruiters, organize onboarding for new hires, and be the mastermind behind our recruitment tools and events.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment team: Allocate vacancies, follow up on recruiter productivity, and hold weekly team meetings to ensure everyone’s on the same page.
- Orchestrate onboarding days: Organize seamless onboarding sessions for new starters, ensuring they feel welcomed and equipped to succeed.
- Spearhead recruitment events and campaigns: Plan and manage our participation in recruitment events and set up online campaigns together with our marketing colleagues, ensuring Digi Belgium is front and center in the talent market.
- Optimize recruitment tools: Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to manage and improve the tools that power our recruiting efforts.
- Elevate team performance: Provide mentorship and support to your team of recruiters, driving their success and ensuring we attract the best talent.
