Description:

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

You will need to be an experienced in sales, marketing ad business management in a commercial environment, ideally having worked within a Healthcare, or mental health business where you are familiar with talent engagement techniques. You will also need to:

  • Understand the process of negotiation and appreciate the sensitive nature of clinical work and its specialism
  • Be confident to work in a target-driven team, and able to deliver to Key Performance Indicators set.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Grow and reactivate the clinical network capacity in line with business forecast and individual/team targets
  • Research and identify new opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, or new ways of reaching existing markets to pro-actively recruit new / external therapists to the group network,
  • Generate leads and call prospective network partners
  • Through engagement, support clinician and therapist onboarding processes adhering to the Onebright compliance framework.
