A leader in the recruitment field to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our growth. You will be responsible for identifying and strengthening our team by hiring and attracting dynamic, experienced, and professional candidates who align with our company culture.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of placing and sourcing high-performing applicants in both the US and globally.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (optional)
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, providing feedback to applicants
  • Develop job postings and manage job boards
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes
