As Recruitment Manager you will work closely with the global team to strengthen the employer brand and build strategic partnerships with key players in the recruitment field. • You will lead a team of highly skilled recruiters and make sure they work in the most effective way. Supervising and providing overall guidance to the recruitment team;
• Build a solid strategic Recruitment Plan for the team and coach them along the way;
• Manage and monitor key recruitment metrics and ensure continuous professionalization of the department;
• Act as the strategic business partner towards our HR Director and other internal stakeholders;
• Launch recruitment projects with the purpose to improve processes and attract talent.
