Hours : 37.5 hours per week | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

POSITION OVERVIEW :
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring within the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage large-scale recruitment campaigns, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates to meet the business’s operational needs.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional approach.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employer branding and attract top talent in a competitive market.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing a recruitment team and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and German a requirement
