Location: Wrocław
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and executing a recruitment strategy for the GDS Poland location aligned with the business strategy
- Leading a team of recruiters and sources, ensuring their development and team performance
- Building and strengthening relationships with business stakeholders through ongoing resource planning
- Leading end-to-end recruitment projects with support from the team
- Keeping up to date with the current recruitment market within specific sectors
- Actively seeking out fresh and original sourcing strategies
- Presenting, in collaboration with the Brand, Marketing, and Communications team, a coherent Employee Value Proposition to the external and internal markets
- Identifying improvements in the recruitment/sourcing process
- Reporting on team results and key KPIs
- Creating, implementing, and monitoring the recruitment budget – collaborating with external institutions and companies to achieve the set goals (including recruitment agencies, etc.)
- Creating a high-energy, motivational, and professional work environment
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE
- 9+ years of experience in the recruitment field gained in an international environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a team
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in recruitment reporting
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills: able to handle conflict situations and resolve issues
- Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a “global mindset”
