JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Recruitment Manager at Zenith Legacy, you will be responsible for overseeing our recruitment process to ensure we hire qualified candidates who contribute to our company’s growth and success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing methods.
- Familiarity with social media, professional networks, and recruiting platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain qualified employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
