Our Resourcing team are critical to our success & are pivotal in attracting and pipelining talent across the organisation. We are a team of recruitment experts who cover all of our in-house recruitment needs ranging from clinical, volume, business operations and our contingent workforce.
We have an exciting new position for an experienced Recruitment Delivery Manager to join us. This is a varied role and will be focussed primarily on understanding team performance, using data to improve recruitment marketing, delivery and enhancing our processes, systems and efficiencies.
We are looking for someone who has the stature and capability to bring a team on a journey through change, whilst managing stakeholder relationships to drive a culture of collaboration and uphold the credibility of the Resourcing function. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to develop, implement and optimise our recruitment marketing strategies that align with our employer branding and TA goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on team performance, working with a team of recruiters to support them with meeting targets and complying with operational expectations
  • Create compelling candidate marketing campaigns that attract high quality candidates across a variety of channels
  • Partner with business unit leaders, understanding their needs and ensuring the service runs smoothly – acting as escalation point
  • Own the weekly and monthly team reporting – improving the data and insights
  • Play a critical role in instilling great values, developing our culture, leading key engagement initiatives, and ensuring CVS is a great place to work
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Understand and improve ROI across our external supplier network
  • Upskill the team on direct sourcing and lead them in building strong talent pools
  • Contribute to our candidate marketing approach
  • Lead projects to improve technology, ATS, CRM and attraction methods
  • Oversee contingent workforce activity and compliance
    We need someone who is team-focussed, data-led, driven to maintain and improve standards, capable of inspiring great performance and build robust and collaborative relationships with direct reports, internal functions and external suppliers. We will need you to be confident in gathering & interpreting data, metrics and reports to measure and improve the performance of your team.
