We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Channel & Optimization Lead to oversee and enhance our online and offline recruitment channels. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sourcing strategies and demonstrating ROI through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:
- Channel Management: Oversee and evaluate the performance of online job channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Job-Boards) across regions, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance. Including off-line PSL partner programs and performance, working with procurement and local TA leads.
- Data Analysis: Develop dashboards to monitor metrics and inform decision-making, while establishing KPIs to measure funnel of employer branding initiatives.
- Collaboration: Partner with the TA employer brand lead to integrate digital channel activities, enhancing engagement and talent attraction.
- Budget Management: Manage sourcing channel budgets and liaise with third-party suppliers for quarterly and annual reviews.
- Technology Research: Assess and recommend technology solutions that enhance our digital channel planning and effectiveness.
- Team Development: Foster a deep understanding of digital channels and data metrics within the Talent Acquisition team, creating toolkits and learning interventions to ensure high ROI and utilization.
This is not an employer branding role, we are looking for recruitment marketing analytical person, with a good understanding of a global talent acquisition funnel, with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
