As a Talent Brand and Recruitment Marketing Specialist at Vertex, Inc., you will be a trusted marketing advisor to talent acquisition, business leaders and key stakeholders expressing our Employee Value Proposition and elevating our brand globally in the talent acquisition landscape.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt strategies based on data/emerging trends.
  • Highly organized project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative self-starter who enjoys partnering with a wide variety of constituencies to create impact and memorable experiences.
  • Strong expertise using digital marketing tactics and strategies, including web content/SEO strategy, paid digital advertising, and social media for lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and strategies used in recruitment (video, LI, Glassdoor, Indeed, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with recognized ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with analytics tools to drive decision-making.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Must have five (5) plus years of professional marketing experience to include two (2) years of hands-on digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or employer branding experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and sourcing or a similar role.
  • 1+ years of experience conducting comprehensive market research analyzing candidate behavior and industry trends.
  • Proven experience using research tools and data to interpret analytics and evaluate campaign insights (e.g. Talent Neuron, LinkedIn Insights, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • As a Talent Brand and Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will utilize innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches to maximize market reach and impact. In addition, you will be a key contributor and driver of strategy, planning and execution of best-in-class, integrated marketing campaigns to elevate our brand to prospective candidates and build talent pipelines across our lines of business.
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing & Recruitment Marketing Leadership to create and execute marketing campaigns to attract top diverse talent.
  • Manage projects and content calendars, working closely with DEIB, Marketing, Communication, Business, and People + Culture teams to ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on time as part of defined campaign strategies.
  • Optimize employment branding on our social platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, X, and Facebook) and explore new channels.
  • Collaborate with our internal stakeholders to find opportunities to drive career site performance, update content, and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on recruitment marketing campaign tactics and content.
  • Champion the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring high-quality external recruiting content that reflects the company’s EVP.
  • Analyze and present recruitment marketing metrics to guide campaigns and provide insights through monthly scorecards and quarterly reviews.
  • Perform other duties and assist with projects as assigned.
