THE ROLE:

Gower College Swansea is looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Recruitment Officer to join its busy HR Team.

• Full Time (37 hours per week)
• Permanent
• £26,907 - £29,242 per annum
• Hill House campus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working closely with the Senior HR Advisor and liaising directly with Managers you will provide high quality and responsive recruitment services to your designated areas within the College.
• Process payroll documentation including inputting details onto the HR database and raising payroll forms.
• Generate all standard HR correspondence including letters of appointment, contracts, amendments to contract and resignation confirmation letters
• Assist and support the HR team with HR projects as driven by the strategic aims of the Department and College.
