Reporting to the Recruitment Division, you will manage the entire recruitment process for profiles from the industrial sector.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and defining needs in collaboration with operational managers
  • Implementing a recruitment strategy tailored to the profiles being recruited
  • Posting job offers on various platforms: job boards, social media
  • Defining a sourcing strategy based on the profiles to be recruited
  • Conducting preliminary telephone screenings of candidates
  • Conducting in-person interviews and drafting interview reports
  • Following up with candidates until a job offer is made
  • Developing onboarding processes for new employees
  • Maintaining HR reporting

An expert in recruitment with a higher education background, you have significant experience in recruitment, ideally in recruiting profiles from the industrial sector.
You have specifically undertaken training in recruitment techniques.
You are highly proficient in using job boards and communicating on social media.
You are dynamic, meticulous, and recognized for your writing and interpersonal skills.
Your spelling is impeccable!
