Recruitment Officer (m/f/d)
(Full-time; 38.5 hours/week; limited to 24 months)
Your responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment efforts with the goal of maximizing undergraduate admissions applications
- Represent undergraduate programs to appropriate target audiences
- Liaising with educational institutions to reach target groups directly
- Development and supervision of marketing activities and events
- Recruiting as well as advising and assisting prospective students in the application process
- Analysis of regional and global market trends to identify new target groups
- Preparation of statistics and reports
- General office and administrative work
Your qualifications:
- A completed university level degree
- Strong intercultural awareness and competencies
- Initial work experience, preferably in the area of admissions, student recruitment, international education, and/or university marketing
- Interest or experience in marketing/sales
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Preferably knowledge of German and/or another foreign language
- Great willingness to travel and work weekends (flexible working) with minimum 12-18 weeks of travel a year
