POSITION OVERVIEW::
The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with the ability to manage candidate relationships effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews using both behavioral and competency-based techniques.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and company culture.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring managers, highlighting qualifications and fit.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a positive experience from day one.
