Job Overview: Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to support a busy recruitment team? Join our Commercial Recruitment Department at IQVIA, where you’ll play a key role in our sales environment, helping us attract and hire top talent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience within a recruitment function as a recruitment coordinator/resourcer or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications (Workday experience is desirable).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and advanced administration skills.
  • Good problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Good customer service skills, able to work at pace.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and plan routine activities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create job requisitions and process offers.
  • Support candidates through the offer process.
  • Develop and create adverts, content, and materials to support the recruitment function.
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets to ensure the smooth running of the team.
  • Work on new business initiatives, utilising PowerPoint and Smart Sheets.
  • Assist in sourcing, selecting, and hiring qualified candidates using cost-effective techniques and in line with company policies.
  • Write and post job advertisements.
  • Review applications and conduct screening calls to gather information on applicants’ work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
  • Support a diverse workforce and comply with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly for applicant tracking.
  • Stay updated on market trends and demands impacting our ability to attract competitive candidates.
  • Provide timely employee-related information reports to management teams as necessary.
