Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least SPM/Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Retail/Merchandising/FMCG background or related field is advantages for this position
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin
  • Candidate must be proactive in resolving issues, think out of the box, have positive working attitude
  • Able to work independently, strong sense of urgency, results oriented and resourceful.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and Savvy Technology
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel.

- Assist the Region Operations Manager in day-to-day Operations task for project

  • Develop and update job description and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare requirement materials and post jobs to appropriate channels
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media networking, referral and etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications before filtering to the relevant project within schedule
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and attitudes
  • On board new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship
  • Maintain and input active recruitment database
  • Be analytical and ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and on timely basis
  • Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc project checking and feedbacks on any recruitment/project issue
