RECRUITMENT PROJECT OFFICER, COLLEGE OF ARTS, CELTIC STUDIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES

Specific Purpose Whole-Time Post
(anticipated duration of 6 months)
Applications are invited for the post of Recruitment Project Officer in the College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Sciences. Reporting to the College Manager on a day-to-day basis, the post holder will be responsible for strategic oversight and implementation of promotion and student recruitment activities in the College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Sciences, in association with the Office of Recruitment and Admissions and relevant Committees within the College and more widely in UCC. They will also support the promotional and marketing activities of the College and its Schools and engage with social media and recruitment staff of the schools. The post holder will also engage in special projects and initiatives identified by the Head of College and College Manager. The postholder will work in close cooperation internally with academic and professional services staff in its constituent Schools, academic units, programme teams within the College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Sciences and externally with stakeholders.

Appointment may be made on the Admin V (Grade 5) Salary Scale: €49,299- € 60,475 (Scale B) / € 47,084- €57,562 (Scale A)
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
