About the role
We are actively seeking professional team players who embody enthusiasm, innovation, passion, and energy. As a Sourcing Analyst III, you will be tasked with overseeing both internal and external referral programs, as well as external activities aimed at attracting the best candidates. This encompasses utilizing advanced candidate identification criteria and implementing specialized sourcing efforts. Your role will be pivotal in our recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to meet the evolving needs of our company.
Responsibilities:
–Responsible for strategizing and executing motivational activities to drive participation in both internal and external referral programs. Lead the implementation of external recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top-tier talent throughout different channels, while meticulously monitoring the outcomes and assessing return on investment. Key duties include: initiating contact with prospective TELUS Digital candidates, conducting initial interviews to ensure alignment with position requirements, actively promoting referral programs to team members through personal visits, and leveraging various platforms, including social media and job boards, to source candidates for open positions.
Additional responsibilities involve maintaining job portals and company accounts, managing job ad posting processes, exploring new talent acquisition channels, liaising with TELUS Digital partners, universities, institutions, and vendors, supporting creative sourcing strategies, organizing company events, and participating in employment events such as career fairs and seminars. Detailed reporting and analysis of talent acquisition trends and activities are essential, along with providing recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Furthermore, the role entails the development and implementation of enhanced candidate profiling techniques to effectively assess suitability. A primary focus is placed on sourcing candidates with specialized skill sets, particularly targeting trilingual individuals proficient in German or Portuguese, with a strong emphasis on soft skills.-
