REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

UNICORN ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Specialist to support our client’s hiring team in managing applicant assignments and incoming calls. This role is essential for streamlining the hiring process, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and recruiters, and maintaining an efficient workflow. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assign incoming applicants to appropriate recruiters based on role requirements and availability.
  • Monitor and manage incoming calls within the recruitment team, ensuring timely responses and proper routing.
  • Act as a liaison between recruiters and applicants to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant assignments and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or relevant database.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring a seamless hiring workflow.
