Working pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £36,000 - £40,500 per annum depending on experience
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
You will work with hiring managers to deliver an effective end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for developing compelling advertising copy to maximise candidate attraction and contribute ideas to support the Recruitment Manager with the continued development of the Recruitment function.
The Recruitment team helps provide hiring managers with skills, guidance, support, tools and candidates so they can build the talented, diverse workforce needed to achieve their goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or an In-House Recruiter, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience of in-house recruitment and talent acquisition either in a standalone recruitment or combined HR/recruitment role.

  • Good understanding of how to engage and attract candidates and build diverse pipelines.

  • Strong customer service ethos.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build credibility, establish good rapport and engage with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Experience with at least one applicant tracking system (Desirable).
