Description:

As our Recruitment Specialist, your key focus will be the execution and delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across the UK. This is a hands-on role, executing all aspects of the recruitment process and determining innovative ways to attract high calibre talent.
In addition, you’ll support wider Talent initiatives as necessary, helping to ensure that our current and future programmes engage, retain and grow talent in alignment with Ligentia’s People strategy.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Previous recruitment experience required, including direct sourcing, interview and selection.
  • Be client-focused, partnering with both our business leaders and external candidates to deliver a first-class experience.
  • Have a proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects with an extremely high standard of accuracy and precision.
  • Have advanced working knowledge of a variety of digital sourcing techniques, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Be marketing savvy, with experience integrating and executing marketing plans into your recruiting strategy.
  • Demonstrate learning agility to develop a strong knowledge of our business, products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business leaders to gain a deep understanding of recruitment needs and deliver solutions efficiently and cost effectively.
  • Execute all aspects of the recruiting process for assigned positions.
  • Full UK recruitment and sourcing, including CV management, interviewing, shortlisting of candidates to managers
  • Partner with managers to provide guidance related to the market, candidate pipeline, as well as interview and selection best practices.
  • Profile target candidates and identify appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively attract candidates.
  • Nurture qualified candidates. Delivering the right messages to the right candidates to maintain their level of interest to meet current and future demand.
  • Develop solid understanding of Ligentia’s business and EVP to serve as a face of the organisation when communicating with candidates.
  • Report on global vacancies and recruitment status
  • Report on status and effectiveness of sourcing efforts and KPIs
  • LinkedIn recruitment development – and other approved job boards & platforms
  • Manage external recruitment agency terms and conditions and negotiations
  • Assist in the execution of wider talent initiatives by providing day-to-day administration, project support and query management as needed.
  • Develop and build a relationship with the University of Leeds to build a Graduate talent pipeline
  • Attend University careers fairs to help develop the Ligentia brand with Graduates
  • Manage hi-potential programmes, working with the People Business Partners
  • Provide support and co-ordination to the Global People2People programme
  • Manage the Global Employee Referral programme
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process and associated learning pathways to ensure a seamless and informative onboarding experience.
