The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of our dynamic in-house recruitment team located in our Victoria Park head office. With a proactive approach, you will effortlessly navigate demanding recruitment markets, ensuring Monadelphous remains the coveted “employer of choice” while securing exceptional talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and onboarding of suitably qualified and experienced candidates and talent pipelining across various business
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job briefs, proactive candidate sourcing and advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing the background check process.
  • Uphold effective communication to senior internal stakeholders in relation to position and candidate status, updates, and application outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment Support Officers to handover onboarding requirements including, pre-employment checks, pre-employment medical, ordering of PPE and mobilisation training requirements.
  • Variety of flexible working arrangement options
