POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture (P&C), the P&C Recruitment Specialist is responsible for overseeing Recruitment and Talent Management related strategies, initiatives, processes and procedures.
Position Type : One-year contract.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
CPHR Candidate status or CPHR designation would be considered an asset
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a Human Resources role (advisory level preferred)
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office 365 programs
Experience with an applicant tracking system and online sourcing (Ceridian Dayforce experience would be considered an asset)
