EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2-3 years recruitment experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience using an integrated ATS considered an asset.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• A highly motivated, self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within a short timeframe.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail required.
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
