About the Job
We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join the Telespazio UK team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, for both subcontractors and permanent staff in all areas of the Telespazio UK business. The role will also be responsible for continuing to build the employer brand and support the wider strategic priorities of the business, and other people projects.

What we are looking for
Understanding of, or experience conducting, permanent or contract recruitment within Professional or Technical environments.
Strong communication skills, and ability to support and interact with a wide range of individuals, both internally and externally, from junior to senior levels.
Strong understanding of employer branding, particularly as it relates to recruitment and people.
About you
Techniques, and novel ideas, for proactive/direct sourcing – particularly in a scientific or technical field
Ability to craft appealing and accurate job adverts for publication on commercial job boards
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, or other ATS
Working knowledge of HR function and core practices
Understanding of UK or EU Space Industry
Working knowledge of employment law as it relates to recruitment
Understanding of different selection and assessment techniques, including competency based interviewing
Negotiation and Influencing skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
What you will do
Responding immediately to new resource requirements across the UK and Europe, raising relevant paperwork and advertising them effectively and liaising with subcontractors
Working closely with Marketing, and other stakeholders, to continue to build the employer brand, and support the communication of it with relevant audiences.
Designing and executing a suitable search campaign to generate a number of suitable applications
Undertake Pre-interview and select suitable candidates, shortlisting for presentation to the line manager
Managing each candidate from first contact until rejection or until onboarded with the company.
Ensuring a fair and legally compliant process is used at all times
Ensure all relevant information is processed and held appropriately
Managing internal systems including SAP SuccessFactors and Workday, and supporting their use across the UK business.
Supporting hiring managers with the recruitment process and advising/coaching as required
