QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar recruitment role where you have been responsible for growing a workforce through proactive applicant search strategies
A minimum of 3 years experience in the recruitment of Health & Social Care / Clinical Staff

Interview and/or practical assessment
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES / SKILLS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
Conversant in Social Media Platforms for purposes of marketing and PR in respect of job vacancies
Competent in the use of employment search engines for maximising applicant return and securing applications
Microsoft Word & Outlook (for email; calendar management; organising meetings.

Responsibilities:
KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Recruitment Specialist will play a pivotal role in the growth of Trinity SCS Workforce across the organisation, both in terms of existing service sites and new and upcoming services.
Operating in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, you will be responsible for maximising organisational brand promotion, increasing our exposure to potential applicants in the Health and Social Care and Nursing Sectors.
It is essential that applicants hold a full (i.e. not provisional) and current UK/ROI driving licence and access to a car and, business insurance for work purposes or * have access to a means of transport which would enable the applicant to carry out the duties of the post.
