Description:

Act as a RhynoCare brand ambassador - tell our story and attract top talent!
Responsibilities
- Recruit for healthcare staffing roles by sourcing, reviewing resumes, phone screening, interviewing, negotiating, and completing reference checks. Use Applicant Tracking System to keep track of open roles.
- Manage your portfolio of candidates by leveraging competitive intelligence, hiring practices, salary information, and market specific industry trends
- Participate in hiring events (campus events and job fairs).
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates for assigned recruitment orders by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates.
- Coordinate with partnered facilities and departments to ensure candidates are onboarded efficiently and set up for success.
- Provide administrative support and project assistance to leaders across the wider organization on projects including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent management, annual performance management, career pathway programs, and succession planning.
- Develop and create content for Talent related communications.
- Conduct audits across people policies and processes, identifying mitigating actions or outcomes to ensure continued compliance and best practice.
- Facilitate staff requests and questions, resolving, or escalating as needed.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Problem-solving aptitude and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality around personal information.
- Strong communication skills; even stronger interpersonal skills.
- Considerable initiative and judgment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in sales or HR (with exposure to recruitment), and/or talent management.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (especially Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High volume recruitment experience and the eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and project management skills.
