In addition to office management duties such as managing correspondence and post, conducting ID checks, answering the phone and helping the team manage their workloads you will also be responsible for your own areas of work.
You will be responsible for general administration duties and should therefore be confident using all Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
In addition there will be a number of systems which you will have access to and be required to enter data onto and you should have strong attention to detail, an eye for accuracy and be IT literate and able to pick up new systems and processes with ease.
As well as building strong relationships within the team, ensuring that messages are passed over in a timely fashion and that all communications are polite, professional and friendly, you will also build relationships with people from our wider Trust and you should therefore be comfortable liaising with a wide variety of people.

We have career paths that may lead to more senior admin roles within the Trust, as well as this being an ideal entry point into becoming a Recruitment or HR Officer. Access to learning and development is available to all of our employees and you will have the opportunity to get involved and support a wide variety of projects that are currently underway to transform the way we recruit and onboard new starters. Our candidate journey is evolving at pace and this is something you can help to influence and shape.
Location: The role is based onsite in our Littlemore Site near Sandford just East of Oxford and we require someone onsite on a full time basis.
