ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Manager to join our recruitment agency and play a key role within our Data & Platform team.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of four 360 recruiters specializing in the IT market. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your primary objective will be to supervise and guide your team to attract and connect top talent with career opportunities in data management, analytics, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and coach a team of four 360 recruiters to achieve defined recruitment objectives.
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to meet our clients’ hiring goals within specified deadlines.
  • Oversee the sourcing and proactive identification of qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Maintain and build a strong talent pool with expertise in data management, data engineering, data science, cloud platforms, machine learning, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other related fields.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market insights to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
