Description:
This is a great opportunity to join our recruitment team as an In-house Lead Recruiter based in our Dublin Head Office. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are an experienced senior recruiter, this would be a great career move for you. Competitive Basic Salary & Commission Bonus (depending on experience); 26 days holiday per year (plus Bank Holidays) rising by 1 day per year up to 31 days. Pension, staff discounts, Companywide recognition awards + regular Company events and activities. Hours are 37.5 hours based over 5 days Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
This is a challenging and rewarding role within a forward-thinking in-house Recruitment Team. As the Lead Recruiter you’ll provide proactive resourcing solutions to your clients (primarily in the field sales arena) and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes. Great teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues and line manager will be essential. You’ll work as a tight knit team, shaping and agreeing priorities to ensure everyone works as effectively as possible to deliver results for our client teams. You will line manage a small team of Recruiters plus temporary recruiters as required. You will guide and motivate your team to achieve results and meet all agreed client SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the recruitment of staff across our business, Retail, Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Operations and Head Office roles
- Build strategic partnerships with your internal clients updating them regularly.
- Manage, support and coach your direct reports to deliver against SLA’s, develop and grow.
- Proactively plan ahead, managing resource and workload.
- Develop effective solutions. Leverage all relevant opportunities and avenues for candidate generation, directing Recruiters and using agreed budgets to source the best candidates using reactive and proactive methods.
- Support and direct team members in writing job adverts and decide how and where jobs will be advertised.
- Design and assist with interviewing and assessment days.
- Become the expert for your area, staying abreast of market trends, providing clients and the recruitment team with insight and advice.
