JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Montréal, QC! This is a great opportunity for motivated and seasoned recruiters who demonstrate a strong work ethic, knowledge of best practices for attracting top talent, and have a passion for providing excellent candidate and client satisfaction.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- 3+years of recruitment experience; agency environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service with ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
- Exceptional time management skills, adept at prioritizing changing tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office.
- Personable, energetic, and positive, with a “can-do” attitude.
- Bilingual French/English - asset, as you will be in contact with clients and team member all across Canada.
- Must follow our hybrid work policy: 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Responsibilities:
- Recruit top talent across industrial, construction, and hospitality sectors, driving the growth of client teams in these industries.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand their unique staffing needs, developing innovative strategies to source candidates through diverse networks and creative resources.
- Build a powerful talent pipeline by conducting proactive market research, nurturing ongoing relationships, and identifying exceptional candidates through in-depth interviews and strategic skill-marketing.
- Keep recruitment and placement activities on track with accurate, up-to-date documentation of client and candidate interactions, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
- Take on additional key responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of the business, playing an integral role in the organization’s continued achievements.
