ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for an energetic and highly motivated hospitality professional to join our Redchurch cafe team as our Assistant Cafe Manager.

We care deeply about our customers, and strive to deliver a consistent & distinctive customer experience that is unique to the Allpress brand. This position is all about ensuring our customers have the best experience possible.
When you work with us as our Assistant Cafe Manager, your promoting and selling our coffee and retail products, ensuring the space is vibrant and inviting plus checking our displays are looking their best.
As a Assistant Cafe Manager your priority will be exceptional customer service, supporting the team to deliver great coffee and an overall eye for the room whilst being a support to our Cafe Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Having an eye for the room including maintaining H&S standards
Ensuring retail displays are always looking their best
Running the cafe while the Cafe Manager is absent
Preparation of outstanding coffee
Understanding of our order process and maintaining stock levels
Delivering genuine and efficient service to each and every customer
Ensuring the team are delivering high standards of service
Advising on and selling retail coffee & accessories
Running food & drinks
Operating efficient table maintenance and service to dine in customers
Opening and closing the café
