RedHat OpenShift Platform Engineer

We are currently looking for a RedHat OpenShift Platform Engineer to join our team.
Location: Hybrid in Lisbon.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, or similar areas;
• Between 2 to 3 years of experience as a RedHat OpenShift Platform Engineer;
• Strong expertise in automation, infrastructure management, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Manage OpenShift & Kubernetes (Install, configure, and maintain RedHat OpenShift clusters);
• Experience using Terraform and Ansible;
• Experience developing and managing (CI/CD) pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, and ArgoCD;
• Experience supporting and maintaining VMware environments;
• Experience using Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting;
• Solid OpenShift and Kubernetes experience;
• Basic networking and Java understanding;
• Familiarity with Istio, and Helm;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
