The successful candidate’s responsibilities primarily include the timely and accurate securities setup based on vendor or client instructions, feed monitoring.

As Reference Services Analyst you will:
- Act as a resource within Reference Services Analyst in Data Management Team team to problem-solve for issues with clients, counterparties and other internal teams.
- Effectively identify potential issues that might work against the team and take early corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively and engage in building an effective working relationship with internal primary service recipient (State Street Italy)
- Respond to inquiries from clients, custodians, and brokers to ensure timely effective processing of requests (new security set-ups-update security set ups) in agreement with the Team Manager
- Perform transaction processing tasks within the business unit as necessary to support processing routines.
- Consult with peers to optimize the operating model aimed at continuous improvement and transformation
- Participate in any cross department’s initiatives aimed at improving Employee Engagement

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Economics / Finance / Information technology
