As Reference Services Analyst you will:

• Act as a resource within Reference Services Analyst in Data Management Team team to problem-solve for issues with clients, counterparties and other internal teams.
• Effectively identify potential issues that might work against the team and take early corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively and engage in building an effective working relationship with internal primary service recipient (State Street Italy)
• Respond to inquiries from clients, custodians, and brokers to ensure timely effective processing of requests (new security set-ups-update security set ups) in agreement with the Team Manager
• Perform transaction processing tasks within the business unit as necessary to support processing routines.
• Consult with peers to optimize the operating model aimed at continuous improvement and transformation
• Participate in any cross department’s initiatives aimed at improving Employee Engagement

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Economics / Finance / Information technology

Additional requirements

• Good command of English.
• Working knowledge of software packages particularly Microsoft Excel.
