DESCRIPTION

Works under the general direction of a physician or their designee, utilizing communication and management skills to coordinate seamless care delivery for patients in a surgical or non-surgical setting. Will act as a patient advocate to assure the patient’s access to health care during their entry into and through the services of the clinic.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of experience in a tertiary patient care setting involving interaction with a variety of medical services, contact with patients and families, and interaction with physicians.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Related field
• NAC certification upon hire
