JOB DESCRIPTION

Colorworks Express Autobody Centers, Burlington is seeking an experienced autobody painter . Looking for part time and ideally full-time employment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years auto body painting experience
  • Automotive Painters License (410N) or registered with the Ministry of Trades
  • Paint certification with BASF an asset
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with co-workers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by applying paper and tape, primer, top coat and clear coat.
  • Using an eye for detail and good colour sense to match complex colour formulations created by vehicle manufacturers.
  • Taking proper care of equipment by cleaning the spray guns after each colour use.
  • Keeps work area clean and tidy. Our painter is expected to practice conserving materials to minimize waste.
  • Other duties as required.
