• Quality and schedule of refrigeration installation.
• Quality and schedule of refrigeration Commissioning
• Coordination of resources.
• Meeting financial targets.
• Safety of on-site personnel.
• Contribute to refrigeration design, through the design Phase Gates
• Team development
• Hiring, Skill assessment, Training.

ROLE SUMMARY

Lead a team of skilled and experienced Refrigeration engineers and be accountable for ensuring the efficient installation and commissioning of the Refrigeration of Azenta automated storage systems around the world.
Reporting to the Senior Manager.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Lead the day-to-day activities of the Refrigeration team.
• Reviews refrigeration workload.
• Supports ‘tool down’ situations at existing customer sites.
• Drives installation efficiency through established continuous improvement practices.
