Refrigeration Maintenance Technician

Job Description:
Salad and Go is seeking a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician for our Food Production Facility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, including but not limited to production, plumbing and refrigeration systems.
• Preventive maintenance and utilizing CMMS system to track work orders and spare parts
• Continuous improvement and identifying root cause of failures
• Installation of new automated equipment and aiding in developing new PM program
• Aid in documentation of PSM program and operating refrigeration systems

Requirements:

• Maintenance experience in food manufacturing environment
• 3+ years Industrial Refrigeration experience required
• Able to work in cold and wet environment (38-40 degrees) for multiple hours
• Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse
• Able to lift, bend and twist as well as standing on your feet throughout every shift
