QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have a Professional Diploma (DEP) or a journeyman refrigeration specialist certificate.
• Should have experience to recover freon/leak-test/vacuum systems and braze piping-copper/copper-copper/brass using acy/oxy torch set. Must be able to safely check ac amperage/volts and resistances of electric motors.
• Valid driver’s license required. This position requires the occasional use of a company car to travel to different sites.
• An innate sense of customer service.
• Excellent mastery of all types of industrial refrigeration.

• You will oversee repair and maintenance of container facilities, inspecting machinery and equipment as well as detect and investigate if there are irregularities and/or malfunctions.
• As a refrigeration technician, you will align, install, and move industrial equipment according to the layout plans, using different tools.
• Majority of work is performed on single site. Must be reliable and dependable to show for work and work overtime as needed and when needed.
• Should be able to accurately record multiple pieces of equipment’s information and repair details for transfer to work order logically.
• Should be able to work from ladders or moveable platforms.
