Description:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proven track record of delivering results in a senior management role within regeneration and sustainability, preferably within construction or refurbishment.
- Extensive experience in managing health and safety standards to the highest level, with a deep understanding of SHEQ procedures.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with a focus on team development, talent mapping, and succession planning.
- Industry accreditation and relevant qualifications in Health & Safety, Construction, or Sustainability.

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly experienced Regeneration & Sustainability Director to lead and drive the performance of our established refurbishment team. As the Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, ensuring success in terms of safety, timeliness, cost, and quality while governing profit and loss, and managing risks. Your role will be key in supporting the senior leadership team (SLT) of the North West region, guiding strategy, and ensuring operational excellence
