WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You will bring your university degree background in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, or in other related fields.
With 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a Finance department you have experience in a similar supportive role. Having experience in interacting with different stakeholders within an organization of a multinational FMCG company will be appreciated.
Your advanced knowledge in Excel and strong interest about financial analysis preparation, accounting, planning, taxes, or administration as well as your experience working with Oracle HFM, Essbase and SAP will help you achieve your role’s objectives.
You bring an analytical mindset, and you enjoy working with a significant amount of data.
You work in a timely manner, and you can properly prioritize tasks.
Being an excellent written and oral communicator in English, enthusiastic about working both individually and as part of a Team you support a continuous improvement culture being able to adapt easily in an ever-changing environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a Commercial, OVH, Asset&Cash Flow Controlling Specialist for Region Multi-Countries in Europe. From this role you will report to the Region’s Commercial, OVH, Asset&Cash Flow Controlling and PMO supporting Region CFO and Region CBO in the financial analysis and planning. If you have a great eye for details and are a perfect organizer this role can interest you.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role you will be preparing yearly budget and forecast according to the Company guidelines and objectives, while you will develop periodic forecasts according to Company guidelines and objectives.
To evaluate costing analysis against budget, forecast and previous years you will conduct and provide analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information.
As a part of the controlling team, you will be highly focused on the analysis area, in particular on: analyzing costs and advising on potential risk and opportunities, analyzing and allocating Cost Centers and analyzing variances and Reports development.
Part of your responsibility will be to manage the SAP Controlling Module, Month End reporting calendar and procedures. Furthermore, you will collect relevant information while being one of the contacts for internal and external audits.
As the Commercial Controlling Specialist you will support the area of receivables and accounts payable, billing and invoicing, as well as client’s credit analysis, aging preparation, payment analysis and reconciliation.
In addition, you will provide support to general, suppliers’ and clients’ administration activities, reporting on fixed assets, on inventory movements and other related activities.
