QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in Operations and Management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA intake or scheduling, with experience using Central Reach software.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in process development, SOP development, data analysis, and using tools like Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, and other relevant software.
Soft Skills: Organized, solutions-oriented, strong leadership, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards and company values.
Location: This is a remote position based in Georgia, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9-5. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

The Regional ABA Coordination Specialist will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be crucial in managing the operational aspects of our ABA services in Georgia. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to oversee daily operations, coordinate with cross-departmental partners, and ensure the efficient delivery of ABA services. The ideal candidate will enhance our current functions, support employee growth, and contribute to the positive development of our organizational culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and Supervise: Oversee and manage the daily operations related to ABA service coordination, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with company goals.
  • Intake and Scheduling Coordination: Manage the intake process for new clients and optimize scheduling to meet both client needs and company efficiency standards.
  • Referral Source Management: Maintain and build relationships with referral sources, ensuring they are well-supported and informed.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinical Director, HR Manager, QA Manager, and other key stakeholders to implement strategies that ensure exceptional care and service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Support and Development: Provide guidance and support to the ABA operations team, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high-quality standards across all operational activities.
