JOB DESCRIPTION

Elavon, a leader in payment solutions, is seeking an in market outside Sales Account Executive to be part of an exciting opportunity to develop new business account relationships with a referral bank partner in the DC Metro area. We are ideally looking for candidates in the Herndon, Reston, Dulles, Sterling, and Fairfax, VA area.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days per week in market (no overnight required)

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Expert knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations
  • Excellent marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills
  • Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
