QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher degree as Engineer, Industrial engineer or Economist with technical knowledge
- Min. 5 years of work experience in Sales related functions in the Automotive industry
- Knowledge of Automotive processes (e.g. QVP, PPAP, IATF, etc.)
- Strong skills in Project Management, Moderation and Presentation techniques
- Knowledge in filtration is an advantage
- Professional business English skills, further language skills is a plus
- Proficient user of SAP SD Module, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills
- Experience in Value Selling and negotiation methods
- Confident appearance & dealing with contacts at all levels of the customer hierarchy

Responsibilities:
- Active market development, acquisition and winning of new customers as well as further expansion of the existing automotive business in Europe
- Sales and volume responsibility of the assigned customers within Europe
- Technical and commercial service and support for Automotive customers (OEM and Tier1)
- Coordination of the regional Customer Team (within Europe)
- Preparation and responsibility of the Operative Planning for the assigned customers
- Preparation and tracking of quotes and business scenarios including review of calculation contents
- Evaluation and analysis of customer-relevant key figures (e.g. gross profit, profitability, etc.)
- Contract management (e.g. Customer Specific Requirements, GTC, NDA, etc.)
- Tracking of Customer P&L and definition of measures to increase FFT profitability
- Responsible for preparation and execution of customer meetings, negotiations, etc.
