Regional Administration Assistant
We are looking for a seasoned administrative support professional to provide high-quality and timely support to the Sedgwick Asia Regional team. The Team includes – CEO, COO, CCO, CO, Marketing.

The successful candidate is a strong collaborative team-player that leverages extensive support and administrative experience, knowledge & tools to provide efficient organisational support for leadership meetings, briefings, marketing events, and reporting.

  • The candidate should be skilled at handling numerous competing tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • A proactive and optimistic attitude towards assisting team members during onboarding, managing team travel, and coordinating meetings/workshops/client events;
  • Well refined organizational skills who enjoys multitasking and being part of a team;
  • Provide administration support to the regional team;
  • Coordinate emails, diary, conference, and meeting room bookings, catering and video conference arrangement;
  • Create relevant expense reports for the team, including reconciliation and entry of expense items and receipts;
  • Organise travel arrangements as needed which may include flight and hotel bookings, and other transportation arrangements;
  • Coordinate team meetings, marketing activities, events and resources;
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team including report and document preparation, including compilation and formatting, word processing, and excel formatting;
  • Coordinate tender responses and document production, in a fast and accurate manner;
  • Provide support on Microsoft Office software;

Assist with other duties and responsibilities assigned as required.
