• Main point of contact for customer issue resolution and proactive account management.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Support RFQ bid preparation for successful customer engagements.
• Advise departments to boost revenue from current business models.
• Manage regional/global accounts, reviewing performance and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and guide global operations team.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues within timelines.
• Participate in customer-related activities, including sales, billing, and operations.
• Update SOPs and share best practices with the team.
• Source vendors for cost reduction and meet customer requirements.
