Overview of the Regional Aftersales manager role:
A leading manufacturer is seeking a skilled and experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee operations across 3 dynamic and fast-paced Plant depots. This role involves providing strategic support and guidance to Depot Managers and Sales Supervisors, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Duties for the Regional Aftersales manager:
- Oversee the effective management of all depots across the South, ensuring compliance with health and safety (H&S) requirements, fostering people development, and handling overall depot operations.
- Collaborate with other senior managers to align company structure with strategic objectives.
- Manage, monitor, and drive the progression and development of each depot on a daily basis.
- Provide technical advice and support as required.
- Conduct daily reviews to identify and implement improvements in operational effectiveness and efficiency across the company..
Experience needed for the Regional Aftersales manager:
- A professionally recognised qualification in Plant Maintenance (or something similar) and repair (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent) would be ideal but is not essential.
- Must be able to demonstrate previous experience within the plant industry.
- Full clean driving licence
- Computer literate
