ABOUT US:

We are a leading care at home provider, delivering high-quality, person-centred care throughout Scotland. Our mission is to ensure older adults live independently and with dignity in their own homes. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Regional Business Manager to strengthen our relationships with referral partners and drive our online marketing strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or partnership roles, preferably within the healthcare or social care sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with excellent organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the local community and across Scotland to network and attend events.
  • A valid UK driver’s licence is essential.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our care services by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local organisations, and community networks. You will also be responsible for managing our digital presence, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our growth goals and brand values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partnership Development:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners, including GPs, hospitals, social care teams, and community organisations.
  • Identify and attend networking events, health fairs, and community forums to raise awareness of our services and foster referral growth.
  • Collaborate with the Group Business Development Executive and Area Managers to develop strategies for expanding our referral network across Scotland.
  • Marketing Strategy:
  • Lead our online marketing efforts, managing social media channels, website content, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Create and schedule engaging content that reflects our brand, highlights our services, and resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyse marketing metrics and partner feedback to optimise campaign effectiveness and refine future strategies.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Act as a brand ambassador, participating in local events and initiatives that promote our values and services.
  • Develop and execute community outreach plans that build trust and engagement with local communities.
  • Reporting & Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Group Business Development Executive to provide updates on partnership performance and marketing activities.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both partnerships and marketing campaigns, reporting on outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing and partnership efforts align with our overall business objectives.
